Happyinvitation will do our best to satisfy you with high quality products, but for some beyond control reasons, return is inevitable. We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Happyinvitation ships wrong invitations to you, please contact us in 7 days after receiving, and request for return must be approved by Happyinvitation. Otherwise we will reject to sign in the package.
- Package must be in original condition, please don't make it dirty or altered.
- Happyinvitation is liable for the damage due to shipping problems.
- If it is not our fault and returns happen, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
All orders on Happyinvitation are custom, so we don't accept exchange.
